Mr. Kishore Babu is the Chairman of Group of companies and CMD of the flagship company Power Mech Projects Limited. He is a gifted entrepreneur, visionary and professional, who could foresee a prospective future for the company that he founded in the closing years of second millennium. He already had 14 years field experience in construction and maintenance of power plants when founding the flagship company Power Mech Projects Limited in the year 1999. An army by himself, he was instrumental in completing major projects ahead of schedule for a pioneering construction company in power sector. He is well exposed to all fields in power sector including construction, maintenance etc. As project manager he has executed independently many major thermal power projects ahead of schedule, a trade mark earned for.
An aggressive pursuer for results, he is recognized for his pace in taking decisions, execution and for emphasizing timeline. He is admired for his remarkable capacity for remembering his employees by name and his concern for their and family’s’ wellbeing. A good administrator who can lead his team from the front when needed, push his flock from behind when warranted and remain invisible where required. Smt. Sajja.Lakshmi is a non-executive Director of our Company with which she has been associated since its inception. She has been responsible in the development and expansion of the company in the initial-critical period including human resources and structural modernization. She continues to provide moral and ethical support especially to the employees and their families. She is also the chairperson of Power Mech Foundation, a Charity trust and is involved in CSR related works.
She is a science graduate from Andhra University.
Mr. M Rajiv Kumar is a non-executive Director of our Company.He has strong project management skill, is exceptionally good at team-building, easily adaptable and flexible towards projects needs and posses superior interpersonal & time-management skills. Gifted with good foresight, he holds impeccable record for identifying right persons for right jobs, mentoring and motivating the entire team under him.
He spent his entire career of 38 years in BHEL and by his sheer hard work and acumen he rose to the level Exe Director, Power Sector, Eastern Region. During his career, he initiated, planned, executed and commissioned many power projects and today they stand testimony of his leadership quality and feeding power to the Nation.
He is a graduate in electrical engineering.
Mr.Thiagarajan Sankaralingam is a non-executive independent Director of our Company. He has around 40 years of direct experience in power sector including construction, operation and maintenance. He is the recipient of Eminent Engineer Award from Institution of Engineering and Technology, Delhi. He is also a fellow member of Institution of Engineers, India.
He joined BHEL in 1973 and later NTPC. He became the director (projects) of NTPC in August 2011 and served as chairman and managing director from April, 2006 to April, 2008. He served as chairman of the jury of International Project Management Association award committee for the year 2006. Post superannuation from NTPC, he was the managing director of BGR Energy Systems Limited from September 2009 to December 2012 and Cuddalore Power Company Limited from January 2010 to October 2012. Currently he is the non-executive chairman of East Coast Energy Private Limited and Bhubaneswar Power Private Limited and non-executive independent director of Athena Chhattisgarh Power Private Limited.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Regional Engineering College (now known as National Institute Technology), Trichy, affiliated to Madras University.
Mr.Gorijala Durga Vara Prasada Rao is a non-executive independent Director of our Company.He is the vice president of HEAL (Health and Education for All), a non-government organization providing health and education to orphans and poor children.
He commenced his career in the fertilizer industry and later joined Andhra Bank as a technical officer for project appraisal. Having served in different capacities all over India he rose to the rank of a general manager in Andhra Bank after an illustrious service of nearly 29 years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Andhra University and a master’s degree, also in chemical engineering from University of Madras.
Mr.Vivek Paranjpe is an Independent Director and has four decades of work experience in human relations and resources. He is a columnist, HR consultant, visiting faculty and lead assessor and experienced in corporate merger and acquisition.
He started his career with Hindustan lever and after serving few other reputed Companies he moved to Hewlett Packard before joining Reliance Industries limited to hold the position, Group President HR. Currently he is the Strategic HR advisor to RIL, Independent Director, Motilal Oswal Financial Services and on the Board of Governors, ITM University and on advisory board, SHRM, South East Asia.
He did his B.Sc. (Honors) from Fergusson College Pune and post graduated from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Smt.Lasya Y is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She has got 15 years of experience in IT Project Management & Delivery, Client Engagement, IT Strategy and Business Development. She is an specialist and strategist in IT sector and was associated with reputed forms in the field. She has cofounded in start-ups and successfully led them to high-end business.
She is a graduate in Electronics & Communications from Sri Venkateswara University, post graduate in Management from Indian School of Business and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Texas.
Rajendran is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Power Mech. He currently heads the Non -Power Industrial Construction vertical of our business besides overseeing the HSE and Quality functions of the entire organization. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of industrial construction, testing and commissioning.
He joined Power Mech in the year 2002 as a Vice President and started looking after a few project of which the most notable one being Power Mech’s first overseas project in Libya. It was the erection, testing and commissioning project of a 2 x 157 MW gas fired power plant. He went on to become an Executive Director in the year 2007 and also held a board position. In 2009 under his guidance, company acquired ISO 9000 certification and led the way for implementation of the 5S concept. He was promoted as the COO in the year 2013. He was instrumental in commissioning India’s first Ultra Mega Power Plant (UMPP) at Mundra, Gujarat for TATA Power. He also contributed a lot to grow the power business of Power Mech. He has devised a lot of project management techniques and also innovated a lot of construction methodologies that saved a lot of cost and time. It was under his guidance that Power Mech has diversified into other industrial sectors. He currently serves as the head of Non – Power Industrial Construction Business Unit where he supervises both pipeline and a few steel plant construction projects. His tenure at Power Mech is marked with transforming the operational landscape, evolving a strategic direction for the company, infusing best industry practices, inspiring swift turnarounds and affecting attenuated project delivery timelines among numerous other achievements.
Rajendran is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras, Tamilnadu. He’s an authorized & a qualified professional Engineer from the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata and also a member of Indian Institute of Welding.
Amarnath is the Executive Director of Civil Engineering and Construction Business Unit, which has business activities in Roads, Railways, Irrigation, Building Construction, Power Plant Civil, other Industrial and Non-Industrial Plant civil. He has over four decades of exposure and extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and has completed numerous projects.
He joined Power Mech in 2011 as Vice President – Civil. He played a key role in diversifying Power Mech into the field of civil construction and was instrumental in clinching the first civil project, at 2 X 520 MW Hinduja National Power Project in Vizag, for Power Mech in the year 2011. Since then, under his able guidance Power Mech has successfully completed civil works at Paradeep Refinery project, 2 X 660 MW project at Surathgarh and 2 X 800 MW Raichur PP, 1×800 MW Kottagudem TPS, 1×800 MW North Chennai TPS. In the year 2016 Power Mech diversified into Railways under his leadership and completed a 36 km doubling project between Gudivada and Machilipatnam. He also oversaw the completion of Power Mech’s first EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) project – development of Andhra Medical Technology Zone at Vizag.
Amarnath is a Civil Engineering diploma holder from Poddhuturu Government College, Andhra Pradesh.
Satish is the Chief Financial Officer of Power Mech Group of Companies. Satish served in senior executive finance roles for around 15 years. He possesses exceptional experience in the fields of sourcing debt, working capital & treasury management, financial accounting & MIS, financial analysis & reporting, formulation of budgets & budget monitoring and statutory & internal audit.
He has been associated with Power Mech since 2014. Prior to Power Mech he had been associated with various reputed organisations such as PWC, Deloitte, Kerzner International, Indu Projects & Emaar. After joining in Power Mech he played a vital role in getting the company listed with stock exchanges in the year 2015. He currently steers the finances of all Power Mech group of companies. He works closely with business heads in preparing annual budgets and reviewing them.
Satish is a graduate in Commerce and qualified Chartered Accountant.
Prasad is the Executive Director of Operations. He oversees the operations of a few business units from CMD’s office. He possesses 27 years of experience with Brown and Green field projects and O&M of thermal power plants. He is adept at dealing with statutory bodies and government authorities with unassuming gestures in his deliveries.
He joined Power Mech as a Sr. VP in the year 2017. Prior to this he had worked with a few other power majors such as Indwell and KSK Mahanadi Power Company. His initial role at Power Mech was the head of cross-country pipelines. He established very strong project management and techno-commercial teams for this division and was instrumental in Power Mech winning and completing a few cross-country pipeline laying projects. Few projects handled by him are – Laying of 16″ OD, 22.5 Km R – LNG pipeline from Ennore LNG terminal to MFL along with 6.625″ OD, 1.5 km spur lines and associated combined station works of ETMBPL natural gas pipeline Project, Laying 18” OD, 511 Km cross-country product pipeline from Dumad Station (Vadodara, Gujarat) to Akolner Station (Ahmednagar, Maharashtra), Laying 18” OD, 143.00 Km Cross-Country R – LNG Pipeline from Ramanathapuram to Tuticorin Receiving Terminal.
Prasad is a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University, Maharastra.
Associated with Power Mech since its inception, G. Srinivasulu, rose through the ranks to become an Executive Director. He is currently overseeing the entire supply chain function encompassing Procurement, Stores, Facility Engineering and Logistics – functions critical to the timely delivery of projects. His three decades plus career, which thrived in the domain of power infrastructure has enriched his proficiency across every functional aspect of the business.
Prior to Power Mech, he was with Indwell constructions for a span of 12 years. In the initial years at Power Mech (1999-2007), he managed site coordination activities and monitored most of the activities from the corporate office. As the organization grew in size, he was stationed in the Eastern part of India from 2008 – 2016 as a regional head. He was responsible for all the projects in that region, including five major ones 1X500 MW Mejia PP, 2X500 MW Andal PP, 2X600 MW Raghunathpur PP, Burnpur – Turbo generators & Turbo blowers project and 1X500 MW Bokaro PP. In the year 2016, he subsequently moved to HQ to look after project coordination and was also entrusted the responsibility of the HR department. After, serving in this role for three years, he was made the head of the supply chain department in 2019.
Mr. G. Srinivasulu holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Telangana.
Mr. Janardan Kar is the Director, Operations & Maintenance in Power Mech since Aug. 2016. Currently he is heading the SBU- Industrial Services and is looking after operation and maintenance of power plants throughout the Nation with a generating capacity of over 60,000 MW.
Prior to joining Power Mech, he was associated with the prestigious organization, NTPC for 38 years, starting his career as Executive Trainee and rising to the level Executive Director. He has served as the Head of Super Thermal Power plant and Greenfield power project with 5 units of 660 MW.
He has served as CEO of a JV company for implementing the project of 2X 660 MW and headed the consultancy group providing technical expertise to 13 power stations all over India under a GOI program of Partnership in Excellence. He further served as the CEO of a fully owned subsidiary company of NTPC in the distribution business in power sector.
As Managing Director on deputation to CSPGCL he executed challenging assignment in the areas of generation, maintenance practices, Capacity addition and financial management. He later worked as Executive Director in Business Development and made efforts under inorganic growth model. He also headed PMI, the premier Training Institute of NTPC as Executive Director and played a major role in establishing the NTPC School of Business.
He served as Director in the boards of various business organizations during his tenure of service in NTPC & CSPGCL. He has expertise in Project Management, O&M Management, Strategic Planning, improvement of systems & processes, leading and motivating large group of executives to deliver result.
He is an Engineering Graduate of 1978 batch from NIT, Rourkela.
Ajay Kumar is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division. He heads most of the O&M activities at Power Mech. Besides this he also heads the water and manufacturing businesses. He has over 30 years of rich experience in the fields of Turbine overhauling and Power Plant O&M.
He has been associated with Power Mech, as an engineer, since its inception. He quickly grew up the ranks to become a Sr. VP in just a span of 15 years. The company has executed more over 400 turbine overhauling projects under leadership. It was under his guidance the company laid its first stone for a new subsidiary, Hydro Magus for undertaking EPC projects in the Hydro Sector. In 2015, he diversified the company’s activities into water and wastewater management sector and successfully undertook Sewage Treatment jobs of Karnal and Palwal. He has set credible records for high PLF in major power stations including UMPPs.
Ajay Kumar is a graduate in mechanical engineering from University of Madras, Tamilnadu.
Rohit is the Vice President of Business Development and Operations. He heads the Overseas Business Operations and the Business Development for the entire organization. He also drives digital initiatives for Power Mech group of companies. He possesses exceptional experience in the fields of Engineering, Construction and Operation and Maintenance of Power, Oil & Gas and Industrial plants.
He joined Power Mech in 2013 as executive assistant to the Chairman and Managing Director. After serving in this role for a brief period he was made the head, overseas business and he spearheaded the opening the first foreign branch for Power Mech, in UAE. Since then, in a span of four years he played a pivotal role in spreading Power Mech’s footprint to more regions in GCC and Africa (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Nigeria and Sudan). He was instrumental in Power Mech winning its first power plant construction contract in 2014 at 4 x 660 MW at Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant near Jizan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and he oversaw the project to successful completion in 2016. Rohit also played a key role in the Initial Public Offering of Power Mech in 2015.
Rohit holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University, India, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from University of Southern California, USA and an MBA from University of Oxford, UK.
Gogineni Babu is the Vice President of Operations. In this role he’s heading the construction activities of Power Mech’s largest project, 5 x 800 MW Yadadri Power Plant, till date. He has around 28 years of vast experience in the fields of mechanical and civil construction in power plants.
He has been associated with Power Mech since its inception in 1999. Prior to Power Mech he had worked with Indwell Constructions for a span of eight years in various roles. In his initial years at Power Mech he was involved in turbine overhauling jobs and was later moved into the construction division. At Power Mech, he has successfully commissioned a lot of power plants. He was made the in charge of Power Mech’s first composite power plant projects that had complete civil, architectural and mechanical scopes included. A few of these projects are 2 x 520 MW PP HNPCL PP at Vizag, AP, 2 x 800 MW PP at Raichur Karnataka, 2 x 600 MW PP at Singareni, Telangana, 2 X 660 MW PP at Surathgarh, Rajasthan, 1 x 800 MW PP at Chennai, Tamilnadu and 1X800 MW PP at Kothagudem, Telangana. He was subsequently made the VP in 2019 and was entrusted the responsibility of 5 x 800 MW Yadadri Thermal PP.

K. Satyanarayana is a Vice President and head of Corporate Relations. In this role, he handles the communication channels and relationships with various stakeholders.
Satyanarayana joined Power Mech as a Vice President of Business Development in 2016. Prior to this role he has around four decades of experience in the fields of sewage and water treatment, Biomass based power plants. He spent most of his professional career in Malaysia and has worked with reputed companies such as MHES SDN BHD and ERINCO SDN BHD during his time in Malaysia. He was instrumental in Power Mech diversifying into the water & wastewater management sector. It’s his knowledge, approach and efforts that have helped Power Mech secure the prestigious Railway project with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).
Mr. Satyanarayana holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Wanaparthy, Telangana.
D. Srinivasa Rao is the Vice President of Power and Industrial Construction Division. He has three decades of extensive experience in the field of Power Plant Erection, Testing and Commissioning. He possesses in-depth know-how in the domains of Boiler, Turbine, Generator, Piping and Auxiliaries and often translates his experience into the pace and efficiency of a project’s execution.
Srinivas Rao worked with various Industrial Construction giants before he joined Power Mech as a General Manager in 2012. He was made an associate Vice-President in 2014 and was looking after a few critical projects such as 2 X 363.3 MW Palatana CCPP, Tripura, 2 X 300 MW Haldia TPP, West Bengal, 6 X 200 MW Hydro Power Plant in Bhutan and 1X100 MW Namrup CCPP, Assam in the North-Eastern part of the country. He was promoted as Vice President in 2019 and was made the head of Power and Industrial Construction Division in 2020. He has experience in executing and completing projects in the most challenging regions of the country.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University.
K.B. Anantha Reddy is the Vice President of Electrical Business Unit. In his current role he heads the Electrical Business Unit, which conducts activities related to Transmission & Distribution Lines, Sub-Stations and Overhead Electrification. He is recognized for his comprehensive insight and expertise in the field of Power Transmission & Distribution and Railway Electrification.
Prior to his association with Power Mech in 2016, he had served in leading companies such as NCC Ltd., Vijay Electricals Ltd. and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., working in their Transmission & Distribution divisions. A few from a long list of projects which were successfully accomplished under his leadership at Power Mech include Rural Electrification works in Hoshangabad & Harda District, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was under his leadership, Power Mech had won its first EPC contract for Design, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of approximately 100 km of 132 KV and 220 KV Transmission lines in the state of Assam, India. He was also instrumental in Power Mech winning its first and also one of the country’s largest railway electrification project – 727 km with Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE).
Anantha Reddy is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (INDIA) and has an MBA in Project Management from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu.
Sekhar Babu is the Vice President of Operations & Maintenance Division. In his current role he handles few of Power Mech’s Operation and Maintenance sites. He has around 25 years of rich experience in the field of power plant construction and Operation & Maintenance, Renovation, Modernisation and Refurbishment and Residual Life Analysis.
He joined Power Mech in the year 1999 as a Sr. Engineer at Sarni project in Madhya Pradesh. He grew up the ranks at the company to become a Vice President in 2018. During his tenure at Power Mech he executed a lot of power plant construction, renovation, modernisation and refurbishment jobs. A few namely – R&M of four 50 MW Turbines at Korba, Boiler, Turbine and Generator at 2 x 110 MW PP at Muzzaffarpur, Boiler & ESP for a 210 MW unit at bandel for Doosan and erection of 500 MW Turbine at Sipat for NTPC, 4 x 600 MW Boiler and Turbine Erection project at Raigarh for Jindal Power, 2 x 300 Turbine and Boiler Erection at Amarkantak for Lanco, 2 x 250 Turbine Erection at Tamnar for JSPL. He has successfully executed critical jobs like refurbishing and upgrading of old power units and brought them to service.
Sekhar Babu holds bachelor’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ananthapur.
Ramesh is the Vice President of subcontracting works of civil division. He has over 35 years of rich experience in the fields of tendering and subcontracting of civil engineering.
Ramesh joined Power Mech as a Vice President of Civil Division in 2014. Prior to Power Mech he worked in Spectra engineering company and was involved in execution of water treatment plant and hospital building complex in first stage of NTPC Ramagundam plant. He worked as a lecturer from 1984 to 1985 in VR Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada. In 1986 he joined in Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board (APSEB) as Assistant Engineer in Vijayawada thermal station. During his tenure with APSEB he was associated with projects in different areas starting from civil to sub-stations. He also worked as an executive engineer in Sileru Hydro project, where he was responsible for maintenance of Major Dam, Hydro power house and power canal. From 2012 to 2014, he worked with Indure Pvt. Ltd as Vice President and there he was responsible for BOP works on EPC basis at Chabbra Thermal Station, Rajasthan. After joining Power Mech in 2014 he got involved in project management, tendering and sub-contracting of civil division. Few projects overseen by him include: Construction of 2 x 800 MW thermal power station at Raichur & 1 x 500 MW, stage – 4 Thermal Power Project at Unchahar, Doubling works from Gudivada to Machilipatnam Railway Project and Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Project & 2 x 800 MW Maitree project in Bangladesh.
Ramesh is a Civil Engineering Graduate from Regional Engineering College, Warangal in 1982.
Murali Krishna is the Associate Vice President of Commercial & Subcontracts. In this role he heads the Business Development, Tendering and Subcontracting division of Industrial Construction Division of Power Mech. He has diverse and rich experience in the fields of construction of Power, Oil & Gas, Steel and other Industrial Plants.
Murali Krishna joined Power Mech in the year 1999 as a Resident Engineer at Satpura Thermal Power Station. He has been highly successful in handling diverse responsibilities during his tenure such as project execution and planning before his evolution into an outstanding expert in tendering and sub-contracting. He grew up the ranks at Power Mech and grew to the level of AVP in 2019. Power Mech bid and won a lot of projects under his leadership – the most notable ones being – India’s first Ultra Mega Power Plant (UMPP) 5 x 800 MW PP at Mundra, Gujrat and Power Mech’s first overseas project – 4 x 660 MW PP at Shuqaiq, Saudi Arabia. He was also instrumental in helping Power Mech win its first cross-country pipeline project in 2017 with IOCL in Ennore.
Murali Krishna holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Gulburga University, Karnataka.
Ramesh is the Associate Vice President at Power Mech. He oversees the construction activities of various critical projects across the globe. Known for his troubleshooting and project turnaround abilities, he’s often given special assignments to execute most challenging projects.
Ramesh has been associated with Power Mech since its inception. Prior to Power Mech, he was with Indwell constructions for a span of 2 years. In the initial years at Power Mech he served as an engineer in turbine overhauling and maintenance division and rose to the level of an assistant manager in just eight years. In this role he was leading a part of the Panipat Refinery Construction Project in Haryana. In 2012, he was promoted as the General Manager and was directly responsible for the execution of 2400 MW Samalkot Combined Cycle Power Plant in Andhra Pradesh, 3 x 800 MW Kudgi PP in Karnataka, 5 x 660 MW Mundra PP in Gujrat and 2X660 MW Solapur PP in Maharashtra. In 2018, he was promoted as an AVP in 2018 and has been looking after a cross country pipeline project in Gujrat and the execution of one of Power Mech’s largest overseas project in Nigeria.
Ramesh Tatineni holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from TMAES Polytechnic College, Karnataka.
Abdul Basheer is the General Manager for the Project Management Group. He primarily looks after the project management activities of Industrial Construction Division and also oversees the Project Management of the entire group.
Basheer joined Power Mech in 2008 as a trainee engineer and gained vast project management experience starting from his first assignment at India’s first Ultra Mega Power Plant – 5 x 800 MW at Mundra, Gujrat. Owing to his eye for detail and strategic planning skills, he grew to be a manager in just four years and was entrusted with the responsibility of project management of many other projects. He was then made the head of project planning for Industrial Construction Division and was responsible for project management of around 20 projects at the same time. He was leading the project management activities of Power Mech’s first EPC contract – Development of Andhra Medical Tech Zone in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. In 2019 he was promoted as General Manager and is heading the Project Management Group at Corporate Office and reports directly to CMD.
Abdul Basheer is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NCET affiliated to JNTU University, Andhra Pradesh.
Bala Murali Krishna is the General Manager of Business Development and Operations for UAE Region. He’s the country head of UAE and is responsible for the profit and loss of the operations in the region.
He joined Power Mech in the year 2011 as Senior Engineer and rose to the role of a General Manager in 2020. He was instrumental in opening of the first foreign branch for Power Mech, in UAE and expanding Power Mech’s operations into the neighboring country Oman. He has good business development, marketing and financial abilities. He has devised a lot of new marketing techniques, which have helped Power Mech scale up in the GCC. It was under his leadership Power Mech won its first construction and Operation and Maintenance contracts in UAE and Oman.
Bala holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from KLCE, Vijayawada, India. He got his postgraduate diploma in management and MBA from Central Queensland University, Australia. He is the member of professional engineer’s association of Australia and certified engineer from Abu Dhabi municipality, UAE.
Usha Rani is the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources. She’s a versatile professional in human resource with hands on experience in talent acquisition, talent management, performance assessment, statutory compliances, employee engagement, employee relations, policy designing & implementation and administration. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
She has been associated with Power Mech since 2019. Prior to Power Mech she had worked with Pragati Engineering Company, VBC Industries Ltd., Dolphin Hotels Ltd., Ramoji Film City, BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd, Sri SCL Infratech Ltd. and Butta Group. She also associated with Anveshi Research Centre for Women’s Studies, a company that works for the upliftment of Women. Her experience spans across various industries namely manufacturing, construction, hospitality and education. She’s highly skilled in handling large workforce and in maintaining peaceful & amicable work environment. She has acumen in developing & integrating new employees, retaining current employees and also designed a new concept to identify budding talents. She is an effective communicator but also maintains exceptional interpersonal relations.
Usha Rani is a graduate from Andhra University and has done her Master’s in Business Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi.
